Any Dodge County family who is expecting a baby or has a child 0 - 1 year of age can participate. Any Jefferson County family who is expecting a baby or has a child 0 - 3 years of age can participate. Trained parent educators partner with families to provide the latest information on brain science, child development and early learning. Parent educators provide valuable resources and activities for parents and their child during each visit.
