Any Dodge County family who is expecting a baby or has a child 0 - 1 year of age can participate. The early years of a child's life are critical for optinal development. Families are visited regularly by a trained parent educator throughout their baby's first year to support them in being their child's first and most influential teacher. Any Jefferson County family who is expecting a baby or has a child 0 - 3 years of age can participate. Trained parent educators partner with families to provide the latest information on brain science, child development and early learning. Parent educators provide valuable resources and activities for parents and their child during each visit.
