Purchasing is done with emotion then justified with logic. People are more willing to pay for a cure than prevention. Title = Content. It's only free if your time is worth nothing. Unlimited budget for marketing that works. Get (video) testimonials form clients. Send (LUMPY) mail. People will generally take you at your own appraisal (ask for a lot). Consult and educate. Have ultra high ticket items. People are far less attached to future money than present money. Sell them what they want but give them what they need. Our goal is for customers to achieve results. New technology should eliminate friction. Be able to fire yourself. People need reminders. If you do something that benefits your client, then you're doing a disservice by not selling to them regularly. Numbers tell the whole story. Toxic customers lead to polluted revenue. Good customers with legit complaints are assets. Actively seek referrals.

Stop avoiding your problems. Stop trying to control things. People need problems. Be honest. Happiness isn't a solvable equation. Happiness comes from solving problems. Don't chase highs. Whatever makes us feel good will enviably makes us feel bad. Happiness requires struggle. Suffering is biological - it inspires change. One's self worth is how they feel about negative aspects of themselves. Entitlement is a high. Entitlement can be 'i suck, the rest of you are awesome, so I deserve special treatment.' You're average. Your problems aren't unique and theyre solvable. High self worth individuals recognize their shortcomings. People's perceptions/feelings/preferences change but values generally don't. Things that bug you involve a failure. Judge your wealth on your free time (my sidenote pg75). Problems make life fun. Assume ignorance - you don't always have to be right. 100% responsible for everything in your life. Responsibility (present) vs fault (past) - there's a difference. Take responsibility for your problems. Choose better problems. Allevating reponsibility through blame only provides a temporary high. It's simple but not easy. Happiness is a choice. You don't know how the story ends. Instead of wanting to be right, look to be wrong. The more somethign threatens your identity, the more you'll avoid it. Not to pursue my own projects is failure. You can only be successful at something you're willing to fail at. Success comes from action, not results! People can't solve problems for you. Depth > Width. Communicate without conditions.There is no reason to not do anything. Immortality projects are our values. What is your legacy? You are great already. THERE IS NOTHING TO FEAR, EVER.
