6If multiple solution or pricing options are included in the proposal, then this workbook should be provided for each option, with the name of the option clearly identified in the filename and appended to the Tenderer's Name in Cell B3 of each worksheet.

1. Software Licensing Fees

1The vendor MUST provide fees for all items required to fullfil the Statement of Requirement, using the following breakdown.

2Fees should include: Unit Fees; number of units and/or software maintenance cost.

3All pricing should be exclusive of tax.

4Please add extra rows for any additional goods (i.e. one row for each specific software product that may be required to deliver the proposed solution).

5Exact configuration (e.g. number of units of each specific product) is to be confirmed as part of the inception design phase of the project.

However, initial estimates of unit volumes of each product based on the scope within the Statement of Requirements and the provided staff, taxpayer and transaction volumes, must be provided in the Pricing table.

6The Tenderer should include sufficient subscriptions, software licensing and software maintenance for the individual components the Tenderer proposes to meet requirements.

2. Time and Materials Rate Card

1This worksheet MUST be completed if the proposal is not a fixed price (deliverables) based pricing proposal. Additionally, if post-implementation support or software development services are proposed, this must worksheet must also be completed for the relevant roles.

2In the 'Additional Information' column, provide any clarification or supporting information about the Role.

4Means the Tenderer's maximum daily rate, in accordance with Section 4.1.1 of RFP Part 4. Tenderers may express a Role Rate as a range. Where this is the case, the MoFBPS will use the maximum Role Rate for any comparison with other proposal and in any Value-for-Money assessment.

3. Implementation Fees

1This worksheet MUST be completed for all proposals

2Vendors can choose between providing Fixed (Milestone-based) pricing or Capped Time and Materials.

3Capped Time and Materials unit pricing must not exceed the unit prices described in the Time and Materials Rate Card.

4This worksheet MUST includes all implementation fees excluding the following:
1. Software Licensing Fees (these must be recorded in Tab 1. Software Licensing Fees)
2. Training Courses or e-learning modules (these must be recorded in Tab 3. Training and Knowledge Transfer). Not if the vendor is proposing to meet the knowledge transfer outcomes through other approaches, that pricing may be included in Tab 3. Please avoid duplicate pricing as this may impact on your value-for-money assessment.
3. Hardware Pricing (hardware will be priced by the RMI's ICT team, however please provide specifications in Tab 5. Hardware Capacity Estimates)

4. Training and Knowledge Transfer

1This worksheet MUST be completed for all proposals that include purchase of training course or e-learning modules.

2Provide information on each course/module, adding additional rows as required.

3Provide unit pricing for each course or module, specifying if the pricing is per participant (student), per course event, or otherwise.

5. Hardware Capacity Estimates

1This worksheet MUST be completed for all proposals which contain a on-premise or managed services deployment option.3

2Vendors should provide sufficient capacity and performance specification information for the RMI's ICT team to obtain pricing from our preferred suppliers.
