"Transition Checklist"The "Transition Checklist" Tab is a list of all the essential items a manager should have in place before initializing the remote transition. These items will help managers stay organized and prepared for any situations that may arise. A full description of each item is listed under column "B" in the Transition Checklist tab. If you need any further clarification on what the items in the checklist mean, or how to execute them, please email us at hoyin@remo.co

"Sample Transition Plan"The "Sample Transition Plan" tab is designed as a roadmap for executing the transition over a set period of time. Use this as a guide for setting up transition plan stages. This will ensure no part of the transition moves too fast or too slow. Columns D-Y indicate Week 1 - Week 22 of the transition plan, acting as a visual representation of when each item should take place.

The "Duration" column indicates the length of time each item should take.

Further explanations of each item (if needed) is included as a "note." Simply hover over any cell with a small black triangle at the top right to view the note.

"Meeting Cadences"The "Meeting Cadence" tab is designed to ensure proper communication takes place during and after the transition to fully remote. In order for a company to be successful working remotely, communication must be deliberate, frequent and transparent. The "Manager" column dictates who will run the corresponding meeting. We have listed these meetings out individually to ensure each department has its own system of proper communication.

Please note, "Direct Reports" refers to any employees who directly report to the corresponding "Manager." In certain cases (such as when "mananger" is "team leader," direct reports may represent all other members of the team.

Further explanations of each item (if needed) is included as a "note." Simply hover over any cell with a small black triangle at the top right to view the note.
