CCC Outlet Manning List — Instructions

Purpose: Each outlet fills in the FULL NAME of every staff member under the correct role.

How to fill in:

1. Go to your outlet's tab (named by outlet code, e.g. ACS, MSC, TDJB...).

2. Top section (RM, ARM, Supervisor, ARMT): type the ONE full name for each role.

3. Bottom sections (Full Time, Part Time, Foreigners): list each staff member's full name,
9
 one name per row, under the matching section.

4. A staff member should only appear ONCE, under their primary role.

5. Leave a row blank if there is no one left to add.

6. Do not delete rows, headers, or re-order sections.

7. Totals shown next to each section header are automatic — do not edit them.

Role definitions:

- RM: Restaurant Manager (outlet manager in charge)
17
- ARM: Assistant Restaurant Manager
18
- Supervisor: Shift Supervisor
19
- ARMT: Assistant Restaurant Manager Trainee
20
- Full Time: Full-time crew (not already listed as RM/ARM/Supervisor/ARMT)

- Part Time: Part-time crew

- Foreigners: Foreign worker crew (list here instead of Full Time/Part Time)

The Summary tab automatically totals headcount by role across all outlets — no need to edit it.
