Science Inquiry8It is possible to take up to 10 hours of Science Inquiry courses, depending upon your choice of science. 8 hours is the minimum requirement. If you take a 10 hour science sequence, you will have 2 fewer Free Elective hours needed to reach 120 total hours.

You must also meet the Fine Arts, Literary Studies, Historical Studies, and the Social Science Designation requirements. Those should be met within the courses students choose for the SCL, HUM or ICL course requirements. The FAD (Foundations of American Democracy) course can be taken as part of General Education coursework, Major coursework or Minor coursework.

The [FAD] requirement may be fulfilled with General Education Courses, Major Courses or Minor Courses. Which one is best for a student will depend upon their chosen major/minor. Major GPA calculation will include all courses taken in the major discipline, plus any other courses under major and concentration requirements.Need a total of 21 hours from the 2000 level or above and from at least two of the department prefixes listed in Business Concentration area on the POS; Any course used to meet Gen Ed requirements may not be used in the concentration.

Choose at least three semester hours from AST, BIO, CHE, GES, PHY, STT, MAT, or ES 2700, ES 2035, ES 2040 or ES 2050. Classes excluded from these hours are any math and science courses used to meet a general education requirement or other major requirements or STT 1810, STT 2810, STT 2820, MAT 1001, and MAT 1010.
