Adi DominguezPsychiatristPsychopharmachological medication management3222255274Monday - Friday 9am to 2pmSpanish and English"Emergencies" are scheduled at 8:30am but must be screened first and cleared through me directly. I send the vast majority of my patients to therapy as I feel this helps medication compliance. If a patient wants a medical report they need to have it scheduled just like an appointment. Only "active patients" get prescription refills. An active patient is one who has never missed a follow up appointment. Phone calls and emails from people who are not yet patients or from patients who are no longer considered active patients will go unanswered as they represent a heavy burden of uncompensated work.

Spanish and EnglishPsychobiological Approach To Couples Therapy® (PACT). Couples therapy: my goal is to regain balance and connection in the relationship. By recognizing that both parties contribute and maintain a dysfunctional and codependent balance.
I work with relationships that stem from a patriarchal style of relating and with power inequality. Especially understanding their trauma and abuse in childhood. My goal is to support them and recognize the part of themselves which operated in a dysfunctional way and how this part is defended and transmitted to our partner during conflict. My intention is to support them to transcend the pain, the numbness, the bitterness and the indignation, and to collaborate through opening, empathy and by assuming responsibility. I offer tools for hostile couples, as well as for couples who avoid conflict. My role is to improve their capacity for self-control, awareness and self-reflection when facing crisis between them. I work easily with gender diversity and non conforming sexual orientations.
