Instructions: Please download this google sheet and indicate the name of your school/CMO and person completing the form below. Complete the YELLOW fields in this budget if you are applying to implement EarlyBird for the 18-month period beginning in 2023-24 through 2024-25. Please complete the GREEN fields in this budget if you are applying to implement EarlyBird during 2024-25 ONLY. This will determine your total request for the grant period. Please save with the name of your school/CMO and upload to the application.

The goal is that, at the end of the grant period, each sponsored charter school will have fully adopted and integrated EarlyBird into its school and be sustaining its continued use without Heckscher's funding. To estimate the ongoing annual cost of EarlyBird, using current pricing, schools should plan for three post-assessment data workshops per grade per year ($500 per workshop), licensing fees ($9 per student utilizing EarlyBird), and a platform fee ($750). Schools should also consider the cost of any technology needed (e.g., student headphones).

Pre-K Student LicensesEnter the number of students utlizing EarlyBird in each grade in either cells C6-C8 or cells G6-G8. Schools may choose any combination of grade levels (PK-1st), but all students in that grade must be included. Networks applying on behalf of multiple schools should enter the total number of students served across schools.

Larger schools or networks can estimate the number of workshops needed, using a max of 12 teachers per workshop.
