Competitive or Comparitive
2
This comparative analysis template has been created by Hack for LA so that we can publish a comprehensive list of all LA Neighborhood Council website features (across the system). This list of features will then be used in a open community survey that will help determine how the community prioritizes those features and if they wish features that are not currently represented.

Tips for people doing more than just one comparision:
12
As you find each organization you will find new Comparison Criteria, and it might make sense to revisit the prior NC websites that you identified to see if you missed any of the Criteria.
13
14
Purpose:
15
To make sure we are learning from the community work of others in order to build on each others shoulders creating the change we want to see in the world.
16
17
Mindset:
18
All the NCs have a vested interest is reducing repetitive work and serving their constituents as effectively as possible.
