Ball came through the netting, bouncing off a pole and landing near the fire pits by building 10. As an aside, I've lived here several years, and I've had golf balls land near me a few times, especially bc we spent a lot of time with our kids at the old fenced-in toddler playground (which, by the way, was awesome -- shaded, enclosed, sandbox, etc). The golf course "fixed" the netting a few years back and the Lawrence Committee decided to just tear down the playground and put up a new one (unshaded, unenclosed, and perfectly positioned to annoy the inhabitants of several buildings). Both parties declared the problem solved. It's not, we all know it's not. The university doesn't seem to really care, and the idea that we need to document observed instances here is absurd.
