Baron and BaronessPrima & ViolettaxThere have been stellar tournaments and there have been Baronial Reign Meetings. Etienne is now Captain of Their Excellencies Guard! They will be working with the Assassins Guild for possible future games. They are looking for a Largess Coordinator for Their Reign. They enjoyed the St. Patricks Day Parade and there was a great response from the crowd and we passed out 250 flyers and the business cards! We may need more business cards! Svava reports she has received a steady trickle of emails! Woohoo! Perhaps we should add Pennsic information to the website to help with web traffic. Their Excellencies are splitting between Steel City Con and Coronation and they will have business cards for the Barony to the Con.

SeneschalCeindrechxNot much to report; its been relatively calm. There was a member that made some big gaffs on social media but the social media team was on it and they have been talked to about the issue. The situation is being watched but we are hopeful. There is a lot of talk about us being the big group in the Kingdom; we make a target but lets keep being as polite and mindful as we can be. Remember that its nice to invite people to join us but its great to get to know the other groups and go to join them! Travel! The Seneschal's report was in on time!

HeraldGwenxNot much new to report; she will have info about the Heraldic Submissions for the Budget meeting. Deputies will start to be involved more! Vivat for Turlough and Sebastian!

Knight MarshalGuillaumeproxy- SvavaUnable to attend, report submitted: Starting this weekend, we will be moving marshal activities back outside to the park on Washington Blvd. We will be moving back to our staggered start times due to the limited parking. Thrown and archery start earlier. Fencing at 1pm and armored at 2pm. With this move we hope to start armored melee exercises. We still have the option of going inside to Ace due to bad weather, but need to make that decision on the Thursday prior to the move to ensure there are no conflicts with scheduling the site. Robert and/or I will be posting reminders of this move. Per Naill - Archery will be starting up outside too! They are currently working out the next Stellar Tournaments & we need to decide how to choose our Scarlet Guard Inn champion.

Minister of Arts and SciencesIshiyamaxReport for A&S has been submitted. Ishiyama is hopeful to get to talk with the new A&S Minister and their deputy soon. Upcoming events, Coronation is local and A&S Themed!!! There will be a display and a competition at Barony Birthday in May. He is hopeful that we start getting the A&S going on at the outdoor practice site! The Deputy A&S Minister is Fine! Rocking!!!

ChroniclerSilencexThe Q4 2023 report is going to be going out soon. She is also starting to gather for the Q1 Althing Letter! The office report was in on time.

ExchequerHaraxThe report went in on time but there were some accounting things lingering to clean up; but its sorted! We have plenty of money in the bank but we also have 4 upcoming events. NEXT WEDNESDAY - The budget meeting of fun love peace and cookies. Please get your budget request line items into Hara asap. If you have receipts, please submit those to Hara for reimbursement asap. (policy says 90 days). The Corporate policy about gift-giving has been added to the Barony resources page; this helps when you are looking at how we can spend SCA monies.

ChatelaineSvavaxWe had a great time at the parade; we handed out 250 flyers AND business cards! We have had a steady influx of new people and communications from newcommers! We have new people starting to settle into the groove and people that are interested in their names and heraldry. The Gold Key is being sorted and Fine is setting up a searchable inventory as well as what it going to be retired, repaired, or what is able to be loaned. We were invited to do a small demo this Sunday at an intergame swap; Svava has a team of people that are going out to share information about us! Waiting on contact back from the memorial day parade committee.

Web ministerNiallxThe website is still chugging along with edits, adjustments, and so forth. He has been vigilant about not having spam or hackers but still watching. He is working on upgrading WordPress and PHP.

Equestrian Iris Festival & Guild Hall - Hara and Gesa - 6/8/2024We have Equestrian games and Hara is inviting all the guilds to have space to do their things!

Coronation- ElleThey are working to finalize staffing and getting all the hands to the right lead. There is a chess tournament! There will be guilds holding classes, there will be a childrens chess tournament, and the event is on track!
