4	This file contains a compilation of publicly accessible data sources collected by Global Energy Monitor (GEM) researchers with the goal of supporting the various research efforts at GEM. Entries are submitted on a rolling basis. More information on GEM's research efforts can be found at https://globalenergymonitor.org/

6	Data collection methods
7	Each source is submitted via a google form. The responses are then collected and reformatted into the present excel sheet, with each column header representing either an open-ended or discrete option question in the submission form. The column headers and the potential format of their values are listed below. For columns representing selection from a discrete list of values, the value options are also listed.
