Here is a collection of trail-related data I have assembled from various online sources. I have tried to give proper credit for each, but if I have forgotten to or got something wrong, please let me know.

Note that any mileage numbers should be treated merely as rough estimates as the trail changes every year, sometimes by more than a mile and some of my sources are a bit old (as far back as 2010). 2020 NOBO mile numbers are taken from Guthook while SOBO numbers are a simple subtraction of the NOBO mile from the current year's total mileage.

Rituals
This is just a collection of things I want to remember to do each day (or, at least, regularly) on the trail and in town. I think many of the items on the list will apply to many hikers but just edit to suit your personal goals/interests or delete the sheet entirely if it offers no value to you.
38
Food Resupply
I used to include sheets with food options and a tool to plan your resupplies but since that is something useful for any long-distance trail, not just the AT, I have decided to make it a separate spreadsheet. It is freely available at:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CNxcyoTR8J2aCjdfo_zv1l-0XoVktNbXts6-ZlxtODE/edit?usp=sharing
39
WaypointsThis is a collection of various points of interest along the trail that I have gathered from multiple sources and combined together. Note that mile info may be off or not updated for the current year and I don't guarantee the accuracy of any information, especially things that may change easily like prices and other note details. Also note that any individual waypoint may not always list all options available, especially for lodging options which likely offer food, resupply, showers, or laundry but aren't listed as such.

PLANNING: I added some checkbox columns that you can tick to create a personalized hiking plan (places you plan to resupply, camp, etc.). You can then see that plan on the 'My Planned Waypoints' sheet.
40
Waypoints (Filter)Use this sheet to display only one specific type of waypoint from the main 'Waypoints' sheet AND/OR by a start and stop mile range. This should make it easy to focus on just what you are looking for (lodging, post offices, resupply points, etc.) or plan a single day or section hike. I also added a column showing the distance between them.
41
Waypoints (Mileage)
This sheet lets you input start and end mile numbers and see all the waypoints for that duration. This is useful for daily or section hike planning so you don't have to scroll through the entire Waypoints sheet.
42
Waypoints (Planned)This sheet lets you filter all the waypoints you have marked as part of your personal hiking plan on the 'Waypoints' sheet. You can filter by type of waypoint as well as by starting and stopping mile numbers.
43
NOBO PlannerYou can enter your start date and the number of miles you hope to average (enter above on this sheet) and it will create a plan you can follow with each day showing the waypoints before and after your ending mile number (as well as the one closest to it), and the next town. (Original Source: Richard Smiley; Edited by me)
44
SOBO PlannerSame as NOBO Planner but for SOBO (obviously)
45
Mailing LabelsThis sheet will automatically list all mailing labels for any locations you have selected in the 'Waypoints' sheet which you can then print, cut to size and use for your mail drop packages.
NOTE: Always call any lodging location to verify they still accept mail drops before sending any.
46
Beer LocationsA list of beer locations along the trail found originally on a WhiteBlaze forum post

48
NOBO 12-mile PlanA suggested itinerary from the A.T. Guide for thru-hiking that will end up averaging roughly 12 miles per day
NOTE: These plans were created back in 2011 so they may refer to waypoints (e.g., hostels) that don't exist
49
NOBO 15-mile PlanA suggested itinerary from the A.T. Guide for thru-hiking that will end up averaging roughly 15 miles per day
50
NOBO 18-mile PlanA suggested itinerary from the A.T. Guide for thru-hiking that will end up averaging roughly 18 miles per day
