CATEGORIES***Hi Everyone!! I really wanted a reference guide to GF restaurant options for the Metro. Since I could not find one, I decided to make my own. I compiled the list below based on member suggestions from the "GF Twin Cities MN" FB page. As with any recommendation, you need to decide what your views are on cross contamination, & whether you're comfortable eating at a place that is not completely GF. Also, I can't guarantee that the information is 100% correct, so you may want to clarify before deciding to eat somewhere. I simply added notes that people submitted, & listed the location, type & Web site information. I didn't verify any specific things other than that (except what I found on their Web sites). Suggestions below include restaurants that offer GF options & some that are 100% GF (these are highlighted in bright green). Please let me know if there are things that are inaccurate or if you have something to add to the list. :)
