2		Welcome to Retro Rank Rhapsody!
3		The rules for how Retro Rank Rhapsody works can be detailed by breaking down the three words in the name
4		Retro
5		In order for games to be considered "Retro" or otherwise be eligible to be ranked, they must fit one of the following criteria
6			1) Originated on a video game console of the 6th generation or prior (with exception to Arcade games). For PC, any game released prior to 2006 is elligible
7			3) Explicitly goes for an aesthetic that mimics "Retro"
8
9			4) Be of a genre that is on the list of pre-approved genre list
10		In addition, the game cannot be of a genre on the banned genre list unless a valid cause is given.

12		Even though this is "Retro" Rank Rhapsody, a game's ranking is determined primarily by how well the game plays with a current mindset as these rankings are meant to convey levels of overall quality if you were to play the games now. How groundbreaking a game was when released does not factor into a game's ranking at all. This does not mean that a game's age isn't completely taken into account.
13		Similarly, other metrics are not necessarily a sign of a game's overall quality
14		Some other additional notes
15			1) Games from a single franchise must be played in order of release
16			2) Games that receive ports to other platforms that might be more well-known than the original release must still be played on the original platform unless it is prohibitively difficult to play on that platform

18		One important thing to remember about this series is that it is a series meant to celebrate these games and not meant to be a series about deriding games that don't make it high on the list. I don't mean to put down games even if they fall low on the lists. The only games I would call outright bad are the ones of the "Total Trash" list.
