To cater your event please contact Tiger Feet to reserve their daily dishes.
If your event is on a day that they are closed then you are welcome to organise an external caterer but all food must be vegan to adhere to our venue ethos.
Please note external catering is only permitted on days they are closed.

Terms and Conditions of booking:

Please read through the points listed below and sign this form in agreement of them. We rely on your cooperation in these
matters in order to allow events to take place at the Eco Park, and to ensure that those that do run smoothly.

1. Cancellation terms are as follows once a booking is confirmed:

 1 weeks prior notice to the event date - 75% refund
less than 1 week prior notice to the event date - 50% refund

2. Cancelled dates can be re-scheduled free of charge within 12 months of the original event and funds from the original booking transfered to the new date, (subject to changes to the current venue hire fees).

3. We do not require a deposit but the invoice to be paid in full prior to arrival.

4. The site must be left as found; clean and tidy and in good repair. Please report any damage to the office before you leave.

5. The Eco Park have a policy of protecting our environment wherever possible, and request that your guests and suppliers use recycled or biodegradable products wherever possible.

6. Waste is to be disposed of in the correct bin in line with Simpler Recycling legislation. Charges may be incurred for contaminated waste.

7. We are a 100% plant based site and we ask that no meat or dairy products be consumed across the whole site. Any external catering must adhere to this.

8. Tiger Feet have exclusive rights for catering.

9. If you are given the access code to enter the building this must not be shared with anyone, keys to be returned and locked away when you leave.

10. The duration of your booking must include enough time for you to set up and pack down.

11. Any images shared with us for promotion are either owned by you or you have the rights to use and share with us.
