APLDAC-SiYesNoThe Dac uses Hiface1 as its USB interface, so it does not work directly out of the box with EDO, but follow this url http://www.aysabtu.dk/blog/2013/03/21/squeezebox-touch-with-edo-and-hiface1/ and it works fine, it uploads a linux driver for hiface1

April MusicStello U3RevisionID: 0x0330192/24YesNo*Excellent. Make sure you have the latest firmware. *Stello requires power when first booting SBT which you can do via hub and then remove. Or just use an ifi IUSB power and run your SBT off it as well and get a great upgrade in sound!

13
AsusXonar Essence STU192/24YesNoPerfect, even if the "BitPerfect" LED doesn't lights up - I guess this would require to be operated by the native ASIO driver under Windows ; 192kHz FLACs files weren't playing properly through my TOSLink when "Digital Only" output mode was selected, but were playing fine in "Analog + Digital" mode. Everything plays flawlessly through COAX in both modes.

A Firmware #10 is developed specific for Audio-gd's Digital Interface Version 3 (DI-V3) to output SPDIF when it is used with SBT/Linux. Firmware #9-3 improves compatibility with USB 3.0 for the integrated, while firmware #11 does the same for DI-V3.

20
AudiophilleoAudiophilleo1192/24YesNoBoth with and without PurePower works.  When using PurePower, you can plug the PP USB into the Touch and the Audiophilleo1 USB into the PP.  The standard Touch power supply can easily handle this.
21
AudioquestDragonfly96 kHz / 24 bitYesYesFirst version of this spreadsheet says that there's no need for USB hub. It'll work, but defaults to USB1 workaround. Need the hub for decent sound. Volume initially set very low. Need to putty into the touch and use amixer to jack up the volume. Use this command:
amixer -c 1 set PCM 5dB+
alternative command:
amixer -c 1 set PCM 100%

BenchmarkDAC2 HGC192/24YesNoSPDIF and Optical - everything works. For USB, user must set EDO Buffer size to any setting except "Default" or "Very Large + Randomise CPU", then let the Touch reboot to reacquire handshake with the DAC or else sound will be distorted.

BursonConductor SL 9018192/24YesNoStreams at or less than 96 play perfect on all outputs. ,USB sounds a bit better than coax or optical. With Touch on WiFi, 176 & 192 streams have dropouts but the sound that comes through is very good. Experimented with buffers but did not help. Haven't tried Ethernet.

MeridianDirector0x1615 (OEM)192/24YesNoUSB can power Director while using SPDIF; Can use USB to stream directly as well (without SPDIF); works out of the box without issue; while streaming via USB, Director reports all data is 192khz when sources are lower.
84
MeridianExplorer192/24YesNoI only testsed up till 96/24, but it reports the higher rates as being avaliable
85
MeridianExplorer192/24YesNoWorks but headphone out is limited to low volume (I think that this DAC requires MIDI Volume Control Signal)
86
MeridianPrime192/24YesNoTested USB out only, but works up to 192 kHz.

MeridianExplorer II192/24YesYesKey is to use a USB hub
88
Metrum AcousticsOctave Mk II (USB1 Module, HiFace)original192/24YesNoWorking, I installed EDO first (Standard Kernel of May 2013) and afterwards followed exactly the instructions to be found here: http://www.aysabtu.dk/blog/2013/03/21/squeezebox-touch-with-edo-and-hiface1/ Should be working with the HEX DAC and other HiFace1 Converters, too, maybe someone could confirm?! Changing buffer settings in EDO unfortunately has no more effect, at least that´s how it seems to me. To correctly play FLACs up to 24/192 decoded on the server (and not in the SBT), you need to at least upgrade to LMS 7.8!
89
Metrum AcousticsPavaneYesNo*hiFaceTWO receiver. *Might need a special PSU like Sbooster. Very tricky procedure in order to recognise the Pavane.

93
Moon100D DAC (SimAudio)192/24??Not tested with USB. However, the Enhanced plugin installed like a dream and enabled the 100D to receive the 192 KHZ signal over coaxial, rather than 'just' playing at 96/24. Please don't bother with USB. I use NAS/mains networking/ethernet connections and get bit perfect results. Fabulous sound.
