Notes
16
17
Starting with v1.6, the card counts are calculated based on the number of copies of Core Sets / expansions entered in column D on the "Counts" tab.
18
This allows the user to calculate the card counts for the entire pool available, for the user's personal collection, for a pending purchase (to determine the number of sleeves needed), etc.
19
The default is 3 copies of the Core Set and 1 copy of everything else.
20
21
If the number of copies of the Core Set / expansion is 0, the cards that come in the Core Set / expansion will not contribute to the card counts.
22
If the number of copies of the Core Set / expansion is 1, the counts will reflect the actual number of cards that come in the Core Set / expansion.
23
If the number of copies of the Core Set / expansion is >1, the counts of non-hero and non-treasure player cards (allies, attachments, events, and side quests) are adjusted for the Core Set and possibly for the expansions (see Settings below).
24
Multiple copies of the Core Set or expansions do not impact non-player cards, including hero and treasure cards.
25
26
The settings below impact the counts of the non-hero and non-treasure player cards.
27
The Y or N "Cap" setting determines whether the number of copies of any given player card is capped at 3 or not.
28
Y: A maximum of 3 copies of each player card is included in the counts regardless of the number of Core Sets / expansions owned.
29
N: The actual number of player cards in the Core Set / expansion is multiplied by the number of copies of the Core Set / expansion owned. (NOTE 12/31/18: This is bugged, for totals to be correct please keep as "Y" for now)
30
The "Gandalf" setting allows the user to enter the number of copies of Core Gandalf as an override of a "Cap" setting of Y.
31
For example, I personally own 3 copies of the Core Set but only want to count 3 copies of each player card. However, I want to count 12 of Gandalf, because I could potentially put 3 each in 4 decks.
32
If the "Cap" setting is Y, then the "Gandalf" setting is N/A and the number of copies of Core Gandalf is calculated normally (the number of Core Sets x4; see below).
33
34
The Core Set counts account for how many copies of each player card are in a single Core Set and are used in conjunction with the "Cap" setting.
35
For example, in a single Core Set, there are 15 Leadership Ally cards (2 cards with 3 copies, 4 cards with 2 copies, and 1 card with 1 copy).
36
If the "Cap" setting is set to Y, a second Core set increases this to 20 (3x the 6 cards with 2-3 copies + 2x the 1 card with 1 copy), and a third Core set increases this to 21 (3x the 7 cards).
37
If the "Cap" setting is set to N, a second Core set increases this to 30 (2x the total of 15 cards) and a third Core set increases this to 45 (3x the total of 15 cards).
38
39
Of course, any calculation can be overriden by manually entering a number in that cell.
40
41
I plan on continuing to expand this sheet with ALeP (community-made continuation to the game)
