This software is developed in office 2010; Active X control will appear in a bar and click on "Enable Content" then Home page will apear.

Click on on every sheet to go to Home Page. Repeat this every time when you want to go to Home Page .

NOTE: If software opens in protected view, then click on Enable Editing before working. Otherwise user will not able to enter data.

F Although sheets are protected with password but the user can change the format of sheets, page setup and sort data if required.

STEPSHEET NAMEACTION

1SettingThis sheet is used to input MULTIPLE ASS., PORTFOLIO, SUBJECT ENRICHMENT - number of times conducted in the year (Choose from drop down list), if you choose one time then put marks is award lists one time only.

You can set rows of award lists, green sheet etc. after input students in "student profile", The extra rows will be hidden after clicking on set button, and click on reset button to revertback

You can import signatures here, which will reflect on the report card and result register.

2HOMEEnter the Name of Your School, Session, Year, Region etc. at Home Page. Input subjects on this sheet only befor entering marks on Award Lists.

3STUDENT PROFILEThis sheet is used to enter the details of the students like S.No, Name, Admn No etc. Please do not leave empty columns BOY/GIRL and T.C./ON ROLL. It is compulsory for further automation to calculate categ. wise analysis and result proformas. Input teacher's remarks in this sheet also

AWARD LISTS (PRACTICAL & NON PRACTICAL) Here you can enter marks obtained by the student in periodic tests, half yearly and session ending. Conversion is automatic but you have to specify the Maximum Marks First before entering marks obtained.

Co-scholastic & DesciplineInput Grades in this sheet

4Green SheetNo User Intervention is required. It displays the details of marks and grades of the class at a glance.

5Test Wise PTMSheetThis is the Test wise PTM sheet to take signature of parents, Choose Exam from drop down list

Print Award List Subject wiseHere you can take printout with Analysis of Subject wise award lists. Here you have to choose name of the exam and subject from the drop down list

REPORT CARDClick on Report Card and choose Roll Number from drop down list to view and print Report Card.

7SUBJECT WISE ANALYSISNo User Intervention is required. It displays Result Analysis

PROMOTION LISTNo User Intervention is required. It displays Promotion List

AWARD LIST SUPPLEMENTARYHere suplimentary marks and suject will appear automatically, so input new marks here

8REPORT CARD SUPLEMENTARYTake the report card of the supplementary result

9GRAPHThis sheet will show you the graphical representation of the student obtained marks in each exam

DO NOT USE CUT-PASTE ANYWHERE IN THE SOFTWARE, YOU CAN USE COPY-PASTE OPTION.

WHEN A STUDENT IS TRANSFERRED : It will reflect on result analysis, Result Register, Report book and other result calculated sheets automatically.
