EXP does not reset when reaching a new level.

There are 4 Experience Settings: Standard, Slow, Fast, and Very Fast. Standard is the recommended Experience Setting for most campaigns.

The Slow setting is meant for difficult or very long campaigns, while Fast and Very Fast settings are better for short campaigns, or campaigns where a group wants to reach high levels quickly.

Kill an enemy, the group gains the EXP listed for that creature

Complete a quest, the group gains EXP based on the difficulty of the quest

Once you reach level 50, every 25,000 EXP gives you an additional 1 max magic and max health equal to 5 + Fortitude.

Once you reach level 50 every 125,000 EXP you gain allows you to take a rank in a class.
