Her assisstant (Maria) let me watch her do the employees pay role as well as some I-9 documents that needed some changes. They also gave me some input on one of the cases they are having to deal with and allowed me to attend a meeting with the C.E.O about it. She also had me help out one of her co wokers by filing some paperwork that needed to be put back on their assigned files. Another interview was held right after and I got to take notice of more things that are acceptable in the workplace. (She let me keep a copy for my second presentation.) Then she had me put the labels I did yesterday into files and organize them like she does. Since we were having printer issues she had me go with her to the warehouse and talk with a little that helped her print out certain documets. I finally got to use the paper shredder and shredded old documents. Since I finally got an essential question for this topic I runned it through my mentors and had them help me answer it. After that I had to go through all the employee files in order to find their I-9 forms in the folder and maintain the bnder up to date, meaning putting the employees paperwork that no longer work there in a different tab as well. After that I went downstairs to help one of their coworkers make the checks for the truck drivers.
