Of course, HP Bug can do a number but often it can still tank it and win. Sub, Protect, Leech Seed, and Psychic is definitely my preferred set, and while it cannot being certain things like Regice and Registeel, it can beat a lot of things that Sceptile couldn't dream of beating, like non HP Bug Metagross (though it can still bulk it somewhat decently), Heracross, and Machamp. EDIT: This all is still true, but Leech Seed as a whole has fallen off a bit. I do still think Celebi is a bit underrated, as it can still do a lot of things outside of SubSeed | A | Annoying to fight against due to its base 100 speed tier and good bulk | B+ | B+ | ||||
