3 | All clubs and organizations requesting funding from USG are responsible for knowing all USG policies, rules and procedures. These can be found on the USG website in addition to any emails from the USG Treasurer and Vice President of Clubs and Organizations. Not knowing these policies, rules and procedures can negatively impact your club. Rules and policies change from year to year and even throughout the semester. Clubs and organizations are responsible for staying up to date on these changes, including through transition periods. | |||||||

6 | Excessive food, apparel and other frivilous expenses | |||||||
7 | Any unreasonable requests for increase in particular events | |||||||
8 | Any requests that violate USG Financial Bylaws as well as any other governing documents | |||||||
9 | MUST submit application via Submission Form Submit form as an Excel spreadsheet document. No edits are allowed after submission. NO PAPER APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!! | |||||||
10 | By submitting this application, the club certifies that all information provided is accurate and understands that submitting false information may result in consequences. The USG Treasury has access to all club expense reports and invoice requests to ensure financial accountability and transparency. | |||||||
