Game 2. It felt the most balanced and I really enjoyed the mechanics (roles, vote/role reveals, etc).

The most important thing to me is role reveals on death.

Clarvoyant, Seer Speaker.

Game 3. Loved the theme, the diversity of roles, the phase write ups, Harry Potter theme was great! Game 7 also had great phase right ups/theme as well.
Seer
Role reveals on death. For the love of all that is holy role reveals on death please. Maybe the ability for a seer to channel their reveal through another player (either one they choose, or a special role). Maybe a clairvoyant role that shares the ghost's message.
Role reveals on death. PLEASE role reveals on death. (And you all rock for putting so much time/effort on running these games for us)

I liked Game 5 in large part because my team won that one, but it was also one of the few that really went down to the wire. I also liked Game 2 a lot. Though it was messy in many ways, it was also the clearest.
Other
You imply it above, but I do think it would be interesting to see a game where the Werewolves don't get a subreddit. It's never happened before, and I think it could be neat.

Along the line of Marx0r's game, I think it would be an interesting experiment to see a game where a lot of Town has attacking roles and there is actually no Werewolves team. It'd just be cool to see what happens with the paranoia and whatnot.

I would also like to see the player requirements increase from simply voting to actually participating and commenting in the games. Silent players are the worst, and in my opinion, if you're not going to actually play the game, you shouldn't be a part of the game. To go along with that, maybe more limited players. Something like 30 per game. Then maybe you can have a backup list where if someone fails the activity requirements, a new player can be inserted in their slot with their role so as not to completely screw the team over. That latter bit might be too much work though.
I don't know how to answer any of these numbers questions without an assumption of how many players there are, so I just picked the lowest number for each. In a game of 10? 1 seer, 1 doctor, 2 werewolves. In a game of 50? Maybe 3 seers, 2 doctors, and 5-6 werewolves? It also depends on how many other kooky roles there are. There really is a lot of math to this, and so far I think everyone is just guessing what makes things balanced, and I'd say we're maybe 6/7 of overbalancing towards the bad guys (including the game my team won; we had voting records and role reveals, but the bad guys were 1/3 of the players. Granted we didn't know that until the last day, but still.)

The simpsons game was fun to spectate. HP theme was fun to play (until the last bit)

Werewolves not being able to communicate
Playing with zero information makes for an overly difficult game mechanically, if the werewolves also didn't know each other and couldn't communicate it may have been better. I think overall role reveals are a necessary aspect of the game since we cant read body language

Hogwarts Game: Felt like both good and evil sides had equal chances of winning. Enough information to make up for the lack of body language from playing online, but not too much that the good side had a whole bunch to go on.

I will not say what they are because we have put them in our own game :)
I think these sort of vague answers will not be the most helpful. Every game is going to be different and the only way to balance it is to work on all of your mechanics together to see how they mesh. You have to consider how your roles will work together/in opposition, what information will be needed for any teams, etc.

Oh oops I answered this in the last question with the spy. I'd also like to see a medium role come back who can commune with the dead - I'd prefer that over ghosts leaving vague hints.
24314313 or more214-6
Game 3 (Hogwarts). It felt the most balanced (minus the number of kills that the Dementors could make) in terms of the roles and the fact that roles were revealed upon death and voting results were shown at the end of the day.
Other
If we keep the idea of the baddies having a private sub, there should be a "Spy" role. They can receive, say, an edited screenshot that shows the comments made in the posts during the night phase/day phase (doesnt have to be both). No usernames will be shown, but it will give the baddies a chance to plan but they still have to be careful about what they say and do because they could be called out.
I still love the games, but we definitely need to throw the town some bones! Team Evil has had a lot of easy wins lately because Town hasn't had the info they need to make a win happen. Town thrives on information and without information they lose hope and will lose, as has happened with every other game recently.

Pokemon is the only time I've played
Seer
One of the main challenges of this game is that the "main group" takes for granted that rules remain constant, while newbies can only go by what's in writing. A more extensive rule thread that applies to all games would be helpful, then each new game can declare which rules don't apply. For instance, there was nothing saying there are ever werewolf subs. Also, people based their decisions on the "fact" that status changes are PMd, when they weren't. It should be clear what is definite, and what is vague.

9/19/2016 8:25:191432415533 or more204-6
Game III; I read through the old threads (those that are still available), and it sounded very interesting due to the Hogwarts theme and the roles distributed. I am a lot more familiar with the Harry Potter universe than with Pokemon, so maybe because of that.
Seer
The answers to the questions above concerning the preferred quantity of certain roles totally depends on the overall number of players. I took the recent group size as a reference here and converted the numbers into rough percentages.

Puppet master was a fun role that I would have loved to play
25332422217-9
Game 3 - The mechanics were the most balanced between both sides
Seer
We need to either have voting records released or role reveals upon death, but we cannot be missing both.
Instead of re-inventing the wheel each new game, perhaps it would be beneficial to take similar structures from previous games and adapt the rules/gameplay to suit the new theme. Sometimes drastically new game structures can distract away from actual game play

What about Kasanova? Each night he can choose in whose bed to sleep (it can be any living player, including himself). If that person is attacked by werewolves, Kasanova dies as well. But if the werewolves try to attack him while he's sleeping elsewhere, he survives and there is no werewolf victim that night. The actions of the doctor/witch/... aren't affected by Kasanova's movement in any way.
11351122111-3
Of those I played in - Game 3, I think it was the most balanced one. Otherwise - I really enjoyed reading Game 2 and Game 6A.
Seer
I like the idea of "whispering" (you can send a message to another player, but everyone can see that you communicated with them)
Anything that encourages discussion in the main sub is welcome. Otherwise, there are three things I dislike about the way the game is usually played here. First, there isn't much information given to the villagers, if any. How are they supposed to participate in the discussion if there is nothing they can talk about? Second, multiple lynches - how many people need to be killed with 2 or 3 votes before this is changed? By merging the day and night phase, there could be 30 lynches + 30 werewolf victims in a month, that's enough to ensure the game will end on time. Finally, there are too many special roles, private subreddits and complicated rules. Take one or two good ideas and develop the game around them, instead of trying to do everything at once. It's way too hard to predict and balance an overcomplicated game anyway. Having two smaller games seems the better option if you want to try many things.
