A2Safety, Documentation & Transportation

1Project Schedule⃝CE shall issue Project Schedule. Subcontractor is obliged to complete the installation works within the stipulated timeline

2Working Hours⃝Maximum 72hours per week for installation works. Subcontractor shall make all necessary provisions to ensure that the installation works are completed within the stipulated time schedule

3Daily PTW application for installation works⃝

4Method Statement, Risk Assessment and SWP for individual installation works⃝

5Supply complete set of Full PPE⃝Subcontractor shall make all necessary provisions for PPE to ensure comply to HSE operation instruction

13Construction Power for the execution of the Subcontract Works⃝⃝Main Contractor shall provide Tempoary DB. Subcon shall be tapped the power supply from tempoarary DB for installation works. The area where temporary DB is not available, Subcon shall supply generator power supply.
