6	Pre Registration	CH1	Conditions to be fulfilled: 1. Mandatory Aadhaar 2. Phone Number 3. Mandatory Bank Account 4. Mandatory Ration Card/Rice card 5. Farmers should have the land patta in their name. Note: The checks we perform here may address most of the reasons for rejection, but not all.		Go to CH2B
7		CH2	Farmers should have the land patta in their name.	Check the physical patta.	If the farmer's name on Revenue patta is not matching with farmer's name(preferably with UID Name) Go to CH2E Else Go to CH3B If the name on RoFR Patta(If ROFR system exist in your state) is not matching with farmer's name(preferably with UID Name) Go to CH2E Else Go to CH4B	For Revenue Farmers, Request VRO/Tehsildhar office for mutation. For RoFR Farmers, Apply for patta at RoFR cell at ITDA/Mandal Revenue Office Required Documents: 1.Aadhaar 2.Land patta 3.Ration Card
8		CH3	Land record should be registered in government portal(Manually or digitally)		If land details are registered in government portal Go To CH5B Else Go To CH3E	Request VRO/Tehsildhar office/ROFR Cell for registration in government portal. Required Documents: 1.Revenue Land Patta passbook 2.Aadhaar 3.Ration card
9		CH4	Land details must be seeded with Aadhaar		If Landh Katha Is Linked To Aadhaar Go To CH5B Else Go To CH4E	Request to link Aadhaar to land at Tehsiladar's office/ROFR Cell Required Documents: 1.Aadhaar 2.1-B copy of land patta
10		CH5	Farmer should be registered in PM KISAN	Guidelines to verify registration status	If Registered in pmkisan Go to CH6B else GO TO CH5E	Guidlines to register in PM KISAN
11	Post Registration	CH6	Farmer should have completed EKYC registration	Guildelines to verify EKYC registration status in PM KISAN	If EKYC Completed G0 to CH7B Else Go to CH6E	Guidelines to complete EKYC registration in PM KISAN portal
12		CH7	Name of the farmer as per Aadhaar and name in the pmkisan portal should be same (Use pmkisan payment status to verify)	Guidelines to verify Aadhaar Demo Authentication status	If name is mismatched Go to CH7E Else Go to CH8B	Guidelines to resolve Aadhaar Demo Authentication issue
13		CH8	A farmer should not pay income tax (Use pmkisan payment status to verify)	Guielines to verify income tax payee status	If payment is stopped with the reason income tax payee, Go to CH8E and follow the recommended solution Else Go to CH9B		Income tax payee: Obtain a clearance certificate from income tax practitioner and submit it to the agriculture department at district level.
14		CH9	During beneficiary verification, the government reviews the family profile. Therefore, the farmer's name must be registered in the family profile.		If Farmer Name is in family profile Go To CH10B Else Go To CH9E	Request the VRO to register the farmer in the family profile. Required documents: 1.Aadhaar 2.Ration card
15		CH10	If there is a separation from parents (e.g., when two married couples are part of the same family), the farmer's family should be separated in the family profile.		If family members of farmer has been registered in family profile Go To CH11B Else Go to CH10E	Request the VRO to separate your existing family in the family profile as per your preference by submitting the required documents Required Documents: 1.Marriage Certificate(If married) 2.Birth Certificate(If single)
16		CH11	Only one member of the farmer's family is eligible for the PM KISAN benefit. Therefore, please verify the payment status of all family members.	Guidelines to check PM KISAN payment status	Go To CH12B
17	Payment	CH12	Farmer should have an active bank account		If Active Bank Account Go To CH13B Else Go To CH12E	Request banker to activate bank account
18		CH13	Farmer's bank account should be linked with Aadhaar		If Bank Account Linked To Aadhaar Go To CH14B Else Go To CH13E	Request banker to link farmer's Aadhaar to bank account
