Purpose:To track your habits, routines, and key daily metrics.

How to Use:1 - Open the Google Sheet each morning and evening (setup so you can easily use on phone or any computer).

2 - Use the 'Sample' tab as a reference for example routines and tracking items.

3 - Customize your 'Daily Tracker' tab to reflect the habits and metrics most relevant to your goals.

4 - Update the start date in cell "d5" of the Daily Tracker tab in the following format: mm/dd/yyyy

5 - Track daily score (in row 11) along with category score (in column d) to help gauge consistency and overall performance.

6 - Update the tracker consistently to measure progress and identify patterns over time. Start small, consistency outweighs eagerness.
