Because of a very full health coaching schedule, ferment availability has gotten a bit random; I apologize. Pre-orders for all ferments accepted and encouraged. Hibiscus Kombucha is made from hibiscus tea (herbal, no caffeinated tea. It's deep pink hue makes for gorgeous cocktails and mocktails! It's a perfect summer drink on its own, over ice. Because our artisanal ferments are hand-made in small batches, they will vary batch to batch. For us, that's part of the fun! Flavors will often change with the season. We use only planet-friendly organic ingredients, locally grown when possible and always fermented and sold in glass vessels. * Water Kefir is bubbly and refreshing. It is a yeast and bacteria ferment that does not produce the vinegar taste that kombucha produces. Store in fridge for up to 3 weeks.NOTE: If you don't see a flavor you want, email me with a request and I'll make it for you if fruits/spices are available. Jun is temporarily unavailable; water kefir, hibiscus kombucha and traditional kombucha are available. Please pre-order Natto and allow 48 hours for pick-up. Natto is incredibly health-promoting, high in a special form of Vitamin K which helps remove calcium deposits from the arteries and move them to the bones, where they belong.

To achieve the most functional, bioactive foods, we ferment slowly in a temperature controlled environment. Our ferments are not rushed; we appreciate your patience! I've gotten extremely busy with health coaching and don't have a ton of time to devote to keeping a variety of ferments on hand, but will happily make time to prepare ferments that are pre-ordered/pre-paid.
