Mary-Ann BoothYesCreate more housing across the spectrum including purpose-built and rent-geared to income rental housing, basement suites, coach houses, duplexes, row houses, and supportive housing. We don't need any more single family housing in West Vancouver.

David A. JonesYesWorkforce Housing, minimum 30% below market rates on municipally owned buildings on municipally owned land for people who work full time in West Vancouver and their families if they have any. I am also believe we can build off market strata housing options for people wishing to own a home too. This is all possible, we just need to do it!

Carolanne ReynoldsYesA difficult question b/c market forces are the main drivers. Besides, the vacancy rate in WV is more than 3% since for some, property is an investment. Contrary to some of the statements made below, a high vacancy rate does not always result in lower rents. In any case, the aim is for a satisfied vibrant community.
