Please Note: Everything here is automated using functions. However, there is a huge time delay per data entry - refer to the twitter @thecitypokemon if you are actually searching for rare Pokemon or the "Pokemon, time, location, date" sheet to see the most recent entry (The latest tweet update cells have a delay in its update as well). Otherwise, do use these sheets to gauge a pattern approximating the spawn radius and times, especially since these rare Pokemon do not have a designated nest (Unlike Squirtles at Fort Mason) or are not commonly spawned at an area (Unlike Charmanders at Rincon Park). Hopefully your next hunt at San Francisco will prove fruitful in your endeavor to get 142+. Rumor claims that Snorlax spawns at Stow Lake at a certain time range, is that true...?

So what can we learn from this data? We can see certain Pokemon that can spawn between various time ranges at certain locations on certain days. We also see that there are frequent sightings-tweets of Aerodactyls in San Francisco as well! So why didn't you capture OR why do you only have a few candies of Aerodactyl!?!
*I do understand that all locations may change over time and a correlated pattern does not necessarily mean a fact.

This may help approximate an area of these non-specific nests for your hunt via multiple "stars" on your map.

To remove the saved link, click on the star on the map and click the "saved" icon.

This is literally the same as having multiple friends marking a location. Remember to watch your surroundings!		#REF!

NotesYes, I am aware of duplicate tweets skewing the data, but they are not significant enough to affect most of the surface data. If necessary, one can simply omit the consecutive data manually.. I am also aware of the caveats of this spreadsheet because it relies on 1. Niantic Servers, 2. @thecitypokemon Tweets, 3. IFTTT servers, and 4. Google Servers. Hopefully this document runs for, at the least, the next 2 months (starting from August 19th).

MotivationI really wanted something that could reliably present useful spawn data (relatively) so I would know where I should go instead of wasting an entire afternoon and evening wandering for these specifically rare critters without knowing where they are relatively located throughout the week, in spite of the new Nearby feature. As a Pokedex Holder at a legitimate 721 entries across several generations starting from Red alongside my completionist motivation over the years, being so close at finding them all [Kanto] in my favorite franchise is quite irksome to me. Especially from knowing the fact that "there are rumors of certain locations at certain times" translates to "there is a pattern that we could probably derive." Snorlax at Stow Lake? Really? When?

There was also a reddit thread not too long ago that pointed out the twitter @thecitypokemon by the user ‘/u/leaguesleagues’ but I did not make the spreadsheet because of it. (I actually did not check /r/PokemonGoSF during that time but that user’s thread gets an honorable link in my sheets)

Tidbits- Apart from the Pokemon image and data updating based on the Tweets, the images of the Golden Gate Bridge, the Bay Bridge, and the Sun/Moon changes between 7PM and 7AM.
- You can save the google map locations.
- This whole document processes each individual tweet automagically. - Yes, automagic.
- Anecdotally, Lapras may also appear at the Cliff House/Ocean Beach area from 3pm-5pm.
- Tweets began tracking on August 19th, 2016 at about 06:00PM.
- The oldest sheet of this document is the cleaned data sheet. ('Pokemon, time, location, date')
- If your city has a Twitter account that announces spawns with Location Links, it's certainly possible to replicate this spreadsheet for that city.
- By no means is this document finished, if you have suggestions, please submit a response to the Google Form.
