WHAT IS THE CAMP REFUND POLICY?

Due to rental and staffing costs, Lions Jrs/1st Alliance/3CE have a no refund policy on all camps, clinics, and leagues. A refund will only be issued with a dr note indicating the reason for inability to participate.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION LETTER TO VERIFY MY CHILD’S REGISTRATION?

Yes. All campers will receive an automated email response upon the completion of registration with payment to the email address that was input during the registration process. Please note there will be an attachment to the email that contains all necessary information needed for camp including dates, times, check-in/check-out etc. If your child registers online with their email address, then they will receive the confirmation email. Please print out and retain this information for your records.

IS THERE A REGISTRATION DEADLINE?

Registration ends at 11:59 pm two days before the start of camp. We encourage everyone to register as early as possible. Several of our camps sell out each year and many have enrollment caps. Enrollment is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

IS THE CONCESSION STAND OPEN DURING LUNCH?

We will have various snacks and drinks available for purchase. Campers should bring a lunch for those camps that require it.

WILL THERE BE MEDICAL STAFF AT CAMP?

There will not be medical staff at the camp. However ice will be available.

WHAT ITEMS SHOULD MY CHILD BRING TO CAMP?

Campers should wear athletic gear (shorts/spandex, t-shirt, gym shoes, socks, knee pads) every day. Camp T-shirts will be given out on the first day of camp (certain camps only). In an effort to be environment friendly, we ask that your child bring a LARGE water bottle to camp. Water jugs will be available, but bringing a large water bottle, especially for the multi-session camps is highly recommended.

CAN I STAY AND WATCH MY CHILD PARTICIPATE IN CAMP?

Summer camps are closed for liability purposes. If there is space in the Mezzanine at the MAX you can watch from up there. There is no room in Woodridge

WHAT IF MY CHILD MUST LEAVE CAMP EARLY?

For the security of your child, please inform camp staff in writing at the beginning of the day if your child needs to leave early. This should include your contact information; reason for leaving, and who will be picking the child up.

IS THE FIRST ALLIANCE TRAINING CENTER AIR CONDITIONED?

No, the training center is not air conditioned. We do have multiple fans that keep the facility coolier during the day.

No all camps must be pre registered online.

ARE BOYS WELCOME IN OUR CAMPS?

Yes. However they should understand that will be mostly girls. If they have a problem with that they should emald beforehand.

IF A CAMP HAS LISTED 9-11:30 / 12:30-2 PM WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

This camp has two session with a 1 hour break in between for lunch.

WHICH DIFFICULTY LEVEL CAMP IS BEST FOR MY DAUGHTER?

Advanced- Generally a faster and more intense camp designed for player who have played competitive club for 1-2 years minimum.

Players fully understand the sport and terminology .

Intermediate- Players who are experienced and somewhat consistent with most volleyball skills. Have played volleyball for 1-2 years in high school or Junior High program.

Beginners- Just starting playing volleyball with little to no experience.
