Kali was refused entry to the O2 with her guide dog by a security guard who initially gave no reason, then claimed the noise would hurt the dog's ears before being clear he thought guide dogs were not allowed and Kali would have to leave her dog in the office - when Kali asked to see office, the guard tiried to take the dog's lea. The O2 website says guide dogs are permitted. kali was eventually allowed in when she stressed that she does not see well in the dark but left the O2 before the performance started due to distress at the incident.
