These are items that are used to do or aid action. They are usually required to be held and manipulated as the user makes a test using the item. Unless specifically stated, the user's hands
must be free in order to use the tool. Some of the tools listed are noted as tomes or folios of information. It is possible that if one has a sufficiently advanced data-slate that these books can
be loaded onto the data-slate if an electronic document is found. These versions are considered Good quality and are thus more expensive and harder to find. However, a saavy Explorer can find
a way to do that on their own. With the electronic document on their data-slate, this reduces the overall weight the Explorer needs to carry to have a variety of books on hand, but does lose
some of the ostentation and ritual behind having the actual book in exchange for easier accessability.

area while failing means the target moves at quarter speed until they can remove them, ocassionaly meaning medial treatment. Good quality forces the test on any Primitive armour, while Best
quality are treated as having the Toxic quality instead of the original Toughness test.

Tablets that store digital media that come in a variety of fashions. Poor quality ones are cheaply made, holding only a single file such as a book or movie, but it cannot be removed or changed
without accessing it's internal components. Common quality ones can hold a few files of a single file type (text, audio, video, etc) and have a data-port so it can download/overwrite with new files.
Good quality ones can edit files of a single type and has a large enough storage capacity that it's hard to fill it entirely. Best are fully functioning multi-media devices that can create and edit any
type of data, though certain peripheries might be required.
