We (Master Dry Needling) have created this spreadsheet to connect qualified Supervising Physical Therapists with Florida Physical Therapists. This spreadsheet is for reference only, it is the responsibility of the Florida PT to connect with one of the supervisors below and schedule the 25 dry needling patient sessions & any agreed upon payment. Supervision is defined as " Observation of the dry needling procedure by a Physical Therapist licensed in any state or the District of Columbia who meets the qualifications for practicing dry needling in the State of Florida, and who has the a minimum one year and 25 sessions of experinece in treating patients using dry needling. The observation may be in person or via sychronous telehealth as defined in Section 456.47, F.S.
