8/31/2014 14:17:31yesBelow...I'd suggest another photo:

A close-up of the corner of a filled o'furo in the cypress forest with the "instant Japanese bath" kit... balls in the tub and bottles of oil laid on the pouch on the rim of the o'furo. No person in the photo.

Be aware that not all foreign, potential customers know the terms "onsen" and "o'furo".

Ganbate kudasai!
yes, I used your suggestion for the product thumbnail

8/31/2014 15:33:37yes4) a dynamic, green emotional pictureI assume you will use a female model for the emotional green photo as I imagine the most likely customer (in USA) would be a woman or a gift for a woman. Well, this was my first idea but I thought that females would be turned down by one more "naked chick in the bath"...

8/31/2014 16:21:55no2) a photo of the "japanese bath experience kit" (I would take a brighter picture and bottle without label)Flakes doesn't have in English a very attractive meaning, as it could be seen as "residue".
At least adding Fragrant Flakes would enhance the message.
maybe you are right. On the other hand, many people appreciated the fact that the material is recycled

8/31/2014 18:45:59I do like the name hinoki flakes, but I don't like 'instant' as that has a cheap connotation. What appeals to me most is the fact that you are re-using a 'waste' product to create something of value. Actually none of them; I would like a picture of a traditional ofuro in a very beautiful zen-like garden, with an ikebana arrangement. This would be a great gift for friends who have experienced the real onsen in Japan. yes, I hope so!

9/1/2014 4:03:59Genuine Hinoki Ofuro2) a photo of the "japanese bath experience kit" (I would take a brighter picture and bottle without label)I like truth in advertising, just a picture of the kit itself for the thumbnail will suffice. I don't think "flakes" would be a good in the name as the finished product has a ball shape. Maybe including the fact that the oil came from the flakes on the bottle label or on a card explaining the history or significance of the Orfuro.Thank you. I will go for it.

The way to maintain these hinoki chips shows us before buying.
What kind of clean-up are we going to use them for long as possible? (from Kazue)
hinoki orbs or hinoki -(sthg)- shapingsorbs can be just wiped with a towel. If some mold occurs, use a bleach and rinse with abundant water

As my bathtub sits in an air conditioned room, it has lost its original smell of hinoki wood (very faint smell), so I would definitely get some essential oil to enhance my onsen/ofuro experience. It's a good idea. Good Luck!hinoki shavings is betterthanks for the comment. I will use "shavings" thruout the page
