Construction Pathway for English Language Learners (CPELL) SPELL Pre-apprenticeship ProgramCPELL is a construction training and English language development pre-apprenticeship program for non-native English speakers, immigrants, and refugees. This 10-week program offers an introduction to construction trades, English language classes, employment preparations, and job search assistance. It is for an someone with an English level 4 or above.

POIC-CCTP Construction Pre-Apprenticeship Training ProgramPOIC | Construction Pre-Apprenticeship ApplicationThis 12-week program prepares for careers in construction and the trades. Stipen is provided during this hands-on learning experience, which includes classroom instruction, industry-recognized certifications, career exploration, and planning. It is designed for ages 18-24, have a high school diploma or GED (or are actively engaged in a GED program), and are ready to commit to an intensive training program and entry into an Apprentice with the Northwest College of Construction upon the successful completion of the POIC Construction Pre-Apprenticeship Training Cohort to future careers in the trades.
