âš The net FASTER City and Retail Delivery Fee distribution is included in the monthly payment to City. To identify the net FASTER County or Retail Delivery fee distribution, please review FASTER FY Cities report or Retail Delivery Fee FY Cities report. Per Colorado Revised Statute 43-4-209, the HUTF HOLD payment will be released when the requirements have been met. After 6 months, the HUTF HOLD will be released to County.
