Scoring instructions

To find you partnership's overall score, scores for each partnership phase, and scores for each variable category (organizational factors, team factors, and goals/outcomes), follow the steps provided below:

1. After completing and submitting the Scorecard survey form on Airtable, you should have received an email with a record of your survey responses. Starting with Question 1, copy all survey questions and responses from this email.

2. Navigate to the sheet in this document named "Scoring worksheet" and select the first cell (A2) in the blue table.

3. Paste the survey questions and responses you copied from the email into the first column of the table.

4. In column B, you'll find the numeric equivalent of each of the responses you seleted for each survey variable. Scores for the overall parternship, each partnership phase and thematic category can be found in the yellow table at the top right
