The picture of the half orc from page 10 of healer's handbook
Very sweet and caring. Will put herself ahead of others
All her lifeDoctorYolubilis Harbor
Lauren: Prestigious noble who constantly tries to get Peridot to abandon her practice to serve her family
Susie: Orphaned girl who sees Peridot as a mother and comes up with "illnesses" so she could spend time with her.
Quinn: Peridot's superior who is getting on in years and has the personality of Bones from star trek
Spent a large portion of her childhood severely sick until a traveling healer cured her.
Met Suzie who she decided to take a motherly role with.
I want to join the rebellion so that Suzie can live freely.
I want to become the best doctor so that I can reduce the suffering ow.
I wake up every morning determined to help the sick.

Dark hair, well-trimmed wisps of a dark mustache and beard, dark eyes, lithe build--I imagine a younger Luke Evans.
Alexite is flirtatious, loudmouthed, courageous, loyal, reckless, a bit crass, and a hard drinker. He doesn't have a particular streak of cruelty, but he's also not especially kind--he's learned to fight dirty from years in taverns.
He's lived in the environs his whole life--his family owns a mint farm outside the city.
Though Alexite's family are prosperous farmers, I imagine he makes his living these days mostly as a hired blade or a gambler (I have him with Profession (gambling) as a background skill).
I imagine that Alexite passes out in a tavern as often as not (as a lifelong Kintargan, he's probably fond of Tooth and Nail), but he keeps a small, seedy apartment in Jarvis End. If that district's too expensive for someone like him, he stays wherever's in reach on Argo Isle (Redroof?).
Paulina Tauranor, Alexite's mother. This whip-smart, driven, sharp-eyed middle-aged human woman is the main saleswoman for the family mint farm. As such, she's in the city regularly, and is the only one Alexite sees on any regular basis. She's rather skeptical of his lifestyle, which makes him embarrassed whenever it comes up.
Ava, ex-girlfriend. This purple-haired gnome is a bubbly, highly intelligent, and surprisingly soulful herbalist in Kintargo that Alexite was in a relationship with for three years before she broke it off, wanting to experience more variety (as gnomes are wont to). Alexite still has feelings for her, and sees her occasionally, but tries to avoid running into her.
Georgi, bartender at the Tooth and Nail. Alexite is a regular here, and the dour Georgi knows him well (and keeps track of Alexite's debt in his head). [NB: if the gazeteer has a bartender at the Tooth and Nail, Alexite would just know that person.]
Willem Leroung, best friend. Willem and Alexite have been best friends since they were boys, growing up together, and they moved into the city together as adults. If anything, Alexite is the bad influence on Willem, but they both do their fair share of drinking, gambling, and associated pleasures.
Meeting Willem--it was a market day, and Alexite was in town with his mother to sell their mint (and the few other products they grow). Willem was in town for the same reason, though his family were selling lumber and beef. The two boys got to playing in the streets and formed a lifelong friendship (and love for the "big, exciting" city).
Alexite's first love, a girl his own age named Katerina, broke his heart when she slept with the local blacksmith a few months into their "going together." Since then, he's tended to treat romance as unnecessary and disposable--at least in theory. In practice, he still tends to be a romantic, yearning to form a stable attachment.
Alexite's first bar fight after he and Willem moved to the city is engraved on his memory, brief but memorable: it taught him both to use whatever he had to hand (while he was scrabbling for his dagger he got cold-cocked by a pewter tankard) and not to mess with the dottari (when they showed up he surrendered to the raid quickly, and saw what happened to those who did not).
I want to amass enough of a fortune that I can retire fat and happy to live a life of drinking, gambling, and flirtation without having to worry.
I want to join the rebellion so that I can get these ridiculous proclamations overturned--particularly the Seventh, which I take as a PERSONAL AFFRONT!
I get out of bed every day to grab life by the horns and test myself!
...I'm not good at songs, I'll come up with one later. ;)

Homely looking. Has a longbow that's been in her family for a few generations. dirty blond hair cut short. always has a few knives on her belt
Cautious. Not one to give out too much information with people, even those she knows.
whole life.Tanner/Leatherworker
House Castilla in the Greens is her home but she is more often than not living out of her small Leather shop in the Redroof district.
Tamarix Castilla, matriarch of the Castilla family. Believes the Castilla family can return to its former glory if they continue to suck up to the bigger families which Seraphim is against.
Father Ruix, Holy man of Ragathiel that converted Seraphim.
Marshall Acciai, heir to the Acciai family. Tamarix and Marshall's father arranged a marriage between their children during their youth which Seraphim has been against since she first learned of it.
Mikhail Victorov, tiefling secret husband and business partner of Seraphim. Is credited with being the brains in keeping the leather shop open.
Shortly after her second sister's birth, Seraphim's father passed. Since her older brother was still too young to lead the family, their mother became head of the family until such a time deemed necessary. As such, Temarix would strive to return the Castilla family to, what she felt, was their former glory and kept a firm grasp on what her children were allowed to do and what they would participate in during the future. This included strategic marriages to other families. Upon learning of her own arranged marriage to the heir of the Acciai family, a boy she felt was a boring old turd, she rebelled against her mother.
During her teenage years Saraphim took up archery despite her mother's strong will against it. Her brother was prone to sickness often and despite being second born, received a lot of the same education and training he did. She was told it was for her eventual marriage to Marshall but she knew it was in case her brother died. During a fight with her mother Saraphim left home for a few days. It was her first time outside of the Greens without her mother by her side and she truely saw how the average person lived no more than a stone throw away from her own home. She would regularly sneak out and work with people to aid the less fortunate. It was during one of these trips that she met Father Ruix and converted to following Ragathiel.
Her older brother, no longer sickly, has official taken over as head of house Castilla on paper though his mother still remains the true head. Saraphim had since met Mikhail, a tiefling merchant and worked together with him to open a leather shop in the redroof district. She used some of her connections as well as made frequent hunting trips to gather hide that she would then cure and fashion into different baubles as such to sell. During their time running the shop the two fell in love and married in secret with Father Ruix ordaining the service.
I want to be free of my family's control so I can be open with who I love.
I want to join the rebellion so that I can see that the people of kintargo are cared for properly and not just based on their usefulness to the church.
I want to be my own person, free to my own choices and deal with whatever comes of them.

Not tall, with dark brown hair usually pulled back in a short ponytail when not in disguise, Orrias dresses as well as the mission/alias allows
Sharp, calculating, and at times manipulative due his training, Orrias prefers to use wit and wordplay to resolve any problem.
Only a few weeks, fresh from his training in Kyonin and working to establish a reputation as a dilettante minor noble
Professional spy and political saboteur, though he has a decent grasp of the mercantile arts (Proffession Merchant)
Kyonin first and foremost; but here in Kintargo he occupies a small attic flat in Villegre with easy access to nearby rooftops
Alliran Tolendrios: one of Orrias' trainers and handlers, Alliran is also Orrias' uncle and patron. One of the drivers of Orrias' ambition is to impress the older elf.
Tira Kallen: a young woman who Orrias believes is a contact with local dissident groups, he's been attempting to discreetly arrange a meeting for two weeks under the guise of being smitten.
Cpt. Darien Raulus: an officer aboard the Chelish frigate Traitor's Lament who has crossed Orrias' path twice. First when he boarded the vessel the elf was aboard as it entered Kintargo's father (murdering a defiant sailor) and again mere days ago, when the Captain led a platoon of marines through the streets to enforce Barzillai Thrune's dictates. Orrias despises the Chelish Cpt. and would strike at the brutal Asmodean if he could do so safely.
[leaving open for a connection with another PC]
Much of it was spent exploring the forests and (cleared) ruins northwestern Kyonin, near the borders of what is now Xer. It was a happy childhood,
As a youth Orrias made several trips to visit relatives and acquaintances in the River Kingdoms as part of his education. Over the decdes he dabbled in magic, alchemy, music, the arts of seduction, manipulation, & diplomacy, as well as swordplay and archery. A weeks-long stay in Daggermark taught him a great deal of the art of poisoning.
The rise of Razmiran, quite recent by elven standards, has led to the militarization of the border as mercenaries and fanatics in service to their masked priests have raided into the forests Orrias grew up in. The violence persuaded the young elf that the elves must be proactive in their dealings with humans to keep them from threatening elven holdings, and he sought out his uncle Alliran for training as an agent of the elven state.
I want to promote dissent and rebellion in order to weaken and distract Cheliax, ideally without revealing that Kyonin is involved.
I want to grow in skill, wealth, and power in order to prove to myself and my uncle that the elves are still a vibrant people who will not fade from Golarion.
I started only wanting to support Kyonin's long-term goals, but I now work to better the lives of everyday people in meaningful ways--a kind word or deed, a dead diabolist, whatever it takes.
[I'll need to ponder this one some more]

Indra is a fairly attractive woman with bluish skin, mid-length black hair. Her eyes have an odd shape to them that gives her an unusual look below prominent brow ridges. She often has a haughty look on her face. In the movie version, Dichen Lachman would play her, although she would need some makeup. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1901842/?ref_=rvi_nm
Usually, she comes off as vain and brooding, often complaining and muttering to herself under her breath. Much of this is bluster she uses to hide how intensely lonely she is and a deep self-loathing.
She was born in Egorian, but she and her mother were kicked out because of her birth. Her mother died years ago. She found her own way to Kintargo 5 years ago. She spent some time living in the Devil's Nursery slums before she was able to work her way into (slightly) better accomodations.
It turns out that she actually has a green thumb and has secured a job as an herbalist. Most of her work comes though providing basic herbs for Kelimber's dry goods, but she also supplies people at the Salt market and anywhere else people are interested in acquiring herbs.
She lives in a tenement building in the Redroof district
Mother: Edura Vinshara: kicked out of the house for having an abominable child, very bitter towards her daughter as she sought out the means to get by, cruel and manipulative woman who blamed Indra for ruining her life. Died of a fever when Indra was around 9.
Darian: a cleric of Calistria hiding out in Kintargo. It was Darian who introduced Indra to Calistria. Indra wanted revenge against all the gods, but Darian convinced her that some of the gods could actually help her in her pursuit. Darian disappeared one night when the Dottari arrested him and she hasn't seen him since.
Strea Vestori: has helped Indra out a number of times since she got to town. She helped her find a job, helped her find a nicer place to live, and helped her find some of her talents. Indra thinks Strea is a fool for helping the poor, especially tieflings, but thinks very highly of her personally.
Shensen: Indra was very excited by Shensen's disregard for Asmodean ways, and thought that maybe she found a kindred spirit in the woman. Indra has also taken some singing lessons from her (Vestori introduced them).
Poor and miserable, Indra has tried to forget as much of her childhood as possible. Her mother used to rent her out for labor when she was just a small child. She was also her mother's "nurse" when she died. That was a very conflicted time for Indra, for she hated her mother, but she was the only person who had ever taken any interest in her. For all her faults, her mother didn't just abandon Indra. More than anything, her mother's "blaming the gods" for their position in life stuck with her.
In her early adolescence, she heard about Kintargo and thought it sounded like a paradise for those wishing to live free from the tyranny of religion. She spent several years living in the slums of the Devil's Nursery, doing whatever she could do to get by. It was here that she eventually would meet Vestori who really turned her life around.
As an adult, she has continued to meet with Vestori from time to time, and even, reluctantly, worked with the Cloven Hoof Society. She doesn't care much for other tieflings (as a group), though she can grow fond of individuals. As an adult, it was Vestori who helped Indra discover that not only is she an excellent gardener, but that she also has real talent for singing. This latter aspect had set her life on a different path, as she became more interested, for once, in a creative endeavor, rather than a destructive one.
I want to make sure that Thrune gets kicked out of Kintargo so that the opera house can be open again. His takeover of the opera house is a personal affront to me and just another example of how the Asmodeans screw up everything in my life.
I want to be famous so that I can have the rightful life I should have had and so that I can rub it in the faces of those who cast me out.
The Thrune takeover has screwed up the one time in life when things were starting to look up for Indra. Closing the opera house, cracking down on religion, and even the ordinances against tea and mint (both of which she sells), has forced her to focus on him. First things first: she wants revenge against Barzillai Thrune.
This has probably changed from time to time, as most people's do. Her most recent would probably have been "FAME" by Irene Cara. Lately, it's back to an old standby for her, like "Another One Bites the Dust" by Queen.

Short, dark hair that always looks like a sleeping porcupine. Sharp nose and chin. When out and about, wears elaborate, custom clothes. Would be played by Robin Lord Taylor.
Irreverent and seldom without a smile. Jokester, but hates cruelty. Wears his heart on his colorful sleeves.
Is a life-long resident, unwilling to stray far from his family.
Comedian, satirist, and part-time assistant at Crissali's Fine Tomes.
Rents a tiny tenement room in Old Kintargo.
Filu, his mother. She is a slave serving the Tanessen Estate in the Greens. She listens closely to talk of politics in the estate and always believes she knows exactly what the people in power should be doing to fix the city.
Lem, his father. He is a slave serving the Tanessen Estate in the Greens. He is very obsequious and prefers to keep his head down.
Soria Yolucross. She is a priestess of Shelyn whose craft is weaving and sewing. Pip's best friend from youth, Soria serves as a test audience for his jokes and writing, and in return he acts as a dummy for her clothes making.
Nandy Crissali. Owner of Crissali's Fine Tomes, she employs Pip as an assistant. She attempted to mentor him in magic before discovering his magical talent was in-born and not from study. She repeatedly, and sternly, rebukes Pip for making political jokes in her shop. She will never admit that she finds him funny, but she tutors his literary skills nonetheless.
Due to a ridiculously convoluted legal loophole, Pip was born free to slave parents. To preserve his freedom, his parents handed him over to the Temple of Shelyn, where he was raised.
The Shelynites tried to foster a love of the arts in Pip, but his poetry soon became limericks, and he turned epic recitations into raucous parody. However, he won over his first real friend in Soria. His magical talent began to manifest. The priests tried to provide tutelage, but the arcane nature of his power defied them.
Pip impressed Crissali with his literacy and earned a job helping at her shop, along with a short-lived magical apprenticeship. In addition to money earned performing in the park, Pip secretly passes much of his earnings along to his family who continue to serve the Tanessen estate. In the park, he has also overheard political discontent and begun incorporating it into his writing and comedy.
I want to free my family from slavery.
I want to perform in the opera house and impress the diva Shensen.
