All moves are recorded at a 0.1000000015 Speed Modifier (1 Normally) to increase the precision of the recording. So, all the raw data is divided by 10 to reflect normal gameplay.

Startup
The point where the first stamina is consumed. This is usually where the weapons hitbox becomes active and will hit stuff when making contact.

Poise S
The point where Hyper Armor starts

Poise E
The point where Hyper Armor ends.

Poise+
More Hyper Armor timings.

Recovery
The amount of time from when the last Hyper Armor ends, to the point where you have control of your character again. This is measured by registering when the iFrames of a roll begins.

Poise Health Mult
The multiplier for your current Poise Health. So if you currently have 50 Poise Health left, and you use a move with a multiplier of 2, then for the duration of the Hyper Armor, you will have 100 Poise Health during the Hyper Armor animation.

NoTurn S
A point during a move where you start not being able to aim your character freely

A point during a move where you end not being able to aim your character freely

Stam Consume
The points where stamina is consumed. It is possible the last one on the list is irrelevant since it's from the roll I do after a move to signal the end of recording the move.

Block S
The point where block starts being active.

Recording moves such as R1 1, R1 2, R1 3: The R1 2 move start when the Hyper Armor of R1 1 ends.

On Release: If you charge an R2 beyond the startup, the timings for when you release the charge is always the same, up until the point where it's fully charged, in which case the timings change slightly or not at all.

Stance attacks: The startup frames begin when you press the attack (R1/R2) and not when you enter the stance.
