What this template doesThe power / interest principle
8
Identifies all stakeholders — internal and external — and maps their influence and interest.High power, high interest → Manage closely. These people can block or accelerate your project.
9
Helps you plan the right communication for the right person: not everyone needs the same update.High power, low interest → Keep satisfied. They can block you but don't want detail.
10
Tracks engagement health so you can spot a disengaged stakeholder before they become a blocker.Low power, high interest → Keep informed. They're invested and can be valuable allies.
11
Low power, low interest → Monitor. Minimal effort — just keep them in the loop.
