1/25/2017 10:01:48Douglas BryantElectrical PanelClubhouseThe Board has been asked to review the condition of the Clubhouse Electrical Panel, and to estimate cost of replacement. This requires a licensed electrician.
The current panel is original to the construction in 1982. The Board would like to schedule a replacement and identify a licensed electrical contractor able to complete the job.
We would prefer to choose a qualified member of the Club if possible.

4/20/2017 15:25:01Douglas BryantPainting balcony railingClubhouseThe railing on the Club House balcony is chipped and rusting. It should be sanded with coarse sandpaper and painted with black Tremclad or rust resistant paint.
This is a job that may require primer. Paint, brushes and other equipment will be supplied.
Probably two people required since the railing has spindles as well as a rounded top rail.

4/28/2017 22:46:23Douglas BryantRepair two round tablesSocialThere are two large round tables that need repair. They are similar to the ones in the upper activity room in the Club House.
This may require welding skills, replacement parts, or it may be that the tables can't be fixed. We need to decide what to do with them.

6/12/2017 16:08:56Douglas BryantRestring the flag poleClubhouseThe flag pole on the pier at the south end is missing both some of its blocks and two of its halyards.
At the foot of the pole there is a through bolt which when removed will allow the pole to be lowered.
This will require a number of people to lower the pole in a controlled manner, and to control traffic while the work is in progress.
This work should be completed in a couple of hours after the bolt is managed.
There is a budget for a new bolt, missing blocks and halyards.
