1. Kill Old Yharnam Blood-starved Beast and obtain "Pthumeru Chalice". Kill 2nd layer boss in "Pthumeru Chalice" and obtain "Pthumeru Root Chalice"
2. From "vwa6kcqd" obtain Ritual materials and kill layer 2 boss to obtain "Cursed and Defiled Root Chalice"(No need to kill 3 layer boss)
3. From "xry6t3xt" obtain 3 Bastard of Lorans from 2nd layer.
4. From false depth Bath messenger of "c6anzq4k" buy "Sinister Lower Loran Root Chalice", "Sinister Pthumeru Ihyll Root Chalice", "Sinister Isz Root Chalice". (Location: 1st layer pre-lamp bonus room)
5. With "Cursed and Defiled Root Chalice" make FRC Defiled Chalice and remove it.

Note: From wandering madness of "apf4ugyz"(radial) and "btfn42va"(waning) you can farm 22.3% of Tempering/Bolt/Fire blood gem after obtaining "Pthumeru Root Chalice".
