Moreover, once you have populated the Forecaster Tool with specific data, sharing the tool or any report generated by the tool, with any other school could subject you, your school and NAIS to antitrust liability. Accordingly, a condition of your use of the Forecaster Tool is that it not be shared outside your school, particularly once it has been populated with specific data. If you share the Forecaster Tool with a consultant, that consultant should be made aware of the antitrust concerns and agree in writing to the terms of the license outlined in the Intellectual Property paragraph before that consultant may have access.
