The following organizations are part of the "corporate reform" movement in education; characterized by their support for free-market policies and practices, including test-based accountability and the rapid privatization of education through charter schools, vouchers and online learning. There are six different types of organizations listed on separate tabs: non-profit organizations and advocacy groups, for-profit providers, non-profit providers, hedge funds-investor funds, consultants & funders. Though these organizations often have overlapping funders, goals and boards, they differ to the degree to which each are involved in pursuing one or more of these policies. This list is a working document and intended as a resource for individuals interested in following this issue.
