1-Please insert the Project Leader's name in the space provided at the top the table.

2-Complete the section for each researcher in your team including the Project Leader.

3-Please make sure you specify the academic institution (Canadian University or College) for all researchers.

4-Please ensure that ALL affiliations of research team member are included where applicable (ex. University of Manitoba; Department of Fisheries and Oceans)

2-Provide a budget for every funded year including Cash and In-Kind contributions from other sources than ArcticNet.

3-Provide explanations for each budget item in the Word document section 15b.
