Soak time start:
|1:20||80||4||Mopsidots||p1, random place|
NOT UPDATED FOR 30->35 ENERGY NERF YET -
|1:20||80||4||Seerax||p1, random place|
We've not had a chance to rekill the boss since the nerfs,
|1:20||80||4||Jahrlock||p1, random place|
but based on logs they're not big enough for everyone to go to
|1:20||80||4||Dracodraco||p1, random place|
4 stacks instead of 5. Based on a bit of crude math, you should be
|1:20||80||4||Ionised||p1, random place|
able to have everyone go to 5 in P2 (or as close as they can get)
then 4 in P3 (to help avoid spear/shield oneshots etc), then 5 again
in P4, and have ~roughly the same energy as pre-nerf (maybe a little more)
If you prefer to have more ward energy to beat pressure surge
then keep doing it like the sheet - if you're practicing P3, then
go to 4 stacks instead, untill pressure surge becomes an issue.

p2, centre, beam overlap
<--- Draco is clever so he doesn't actually soak here, but his stacks falls off.
He waits untill end of P2 and drains any stack in middle ward
If the 1/3 chance that console turned blue during minor reversal
Stacks drop right before soaking in P3 if you soak during second detonations.
Helps live second intermission the 1/3 attempts it happens, otherwise he has no stacks.

Sender's set up with this table
|5:54||354||5||Mopsidots||p3 side||blue ward|
|5:54||354||5||Seerax||p3 side||blue ward|
|5:54||354||5||Jahrlock||p3 side||blue ward|
|6:03||363||5||Dracodraco||p3 side||blue ward|
leave hunters behind
|6:03||363||5||Ionised||p3 side||blue ward|
to kill siren and keep filling blue ward (can turtle in middle to keep filling if needed).
|6:10||370||5||Almarac||p3 2nd side||blue ward|
Make sure to get over quickly to fill up blue ward on the other side.
|6:10||370||5||Itô||p3 2nd side||blue ward|
Avoid assigning people with bad mobility / have to setup here - our priest had issues with soaking+beckon+setting up disc ramp at the same time
|6:43||403||5||Awake||p3 2nd side|
Middle if any energy in blue after beam goes away. Else does yellow.
|6:57||417||5||Monoroth||p3 2nd side|
|7:05||425||5||Víridian||p3 2nd side|
|7:10||430||5||Albantheman||p3 2nd side|
|7:16||436||5||Swollex||p3 2nd side|
|7:22||442||5||Consata||p3 2nd side|
|7:32||452||5||Aagaard||p3 2nd side|
|7:32||452||5||Marchqt||p3 2nd side|
|7:32||452||5||Xraven||p3 2nd side|
|7:43||463||5||Lensy||p3 2nd side|
|7:43||463||5||Werdup||p3 2nd side|
|7:50||470||5||Mopsidots||p3 2nd side|
As you enter P4, RL makes a call for 1-3 ranged to soak middle as their stacks fall off before they go to bait nether portals.
|7:50||470||3||other tank ?||p3 2nd side|
Left side pushes 15 seconds slower than right (because myrmidon breaks shield with second spear, not first), so warlocks can easily soak left, but mages/lensy might need to do it on right side.
|7:55||475||5||Seerax||p3 2nd side|
Any melee without stacks as you're transitioning puts energy into the 2nd side rune while waiting for ranged to bait portals, DON'T wait till you're at the console.
|7:55||475||5||Jahrlock||p3 2nd side|
|8:00||480||5||Dracodraco||p3 2nd side|
Usually hunters can fill up p3 2nd side as they run back to console if it's dangerously low on energy (sub-20; AKA a bad third overload would kill it).
|8:10||490||5||Ionised||p3 2nd side|
Just put every single soak in the console, as long as middle starts at 0.
Important point to soak is greater reversal; When you return from second nether portal bait (after first cutter), the console will be blue-reversal rune for ~5 seconds.
This is where we have team melee (viridian, swollex, consata, aagaard, alban - the ones bombing up first ward in P3) instantly refill any blue ward energy before it goes away. You won't get to soak mid. Don't try to make people do it. They will die. Just get back quick.
After third console has been safely detonated, tanks can now freely decide if they want to fill up the blue ward or suck energy out of yellows; If you're close to a pressure surge, it is much safer to add azshara-damage than it is to fuck the raid with a surge.
Addendum: During greater reversal, every third energy drained from the middle yellow rune will draw 1 energy from a specific ward. That means if you drain 12 energy during greater reversal from the middle yellow rune, all 3 yellow wards lose 4 energy when it reverts back to normal.
As there's 60 energy in a yellow ward, it is therefore important to keep track of if you can even risk going near the middle ward during greater reversal, or if you risk a pressure surge because of it (EG: One ward has 57 deficit, one has 30 deficit, console is healthy at 15 deficit. Going near middle
for 9 seconds during reversal triggers a pressure surge the instant it reverts back, because you're now at 60, 33 and 18 deficit).
