Race in Storytime - http://www.alsc.ala.org/blog/2017/06/libraries-not-neutral-spaces-alaac17/ - I was able to attend part of this session at the ALA Annual Conference this year - many of the points made were so thoughtful and pushed us to challenge our thinking & comfort levels. Would love for this to be a jumping off point for discussion with like minded people looking to grow.
