Pick-a-Week Deadline: Date you need to have the week checked (attending) or unchecked (not attending) on child's RevTrak Calendar

Billing Date: Date you will be invoiced for that week of summer. Parents cannot change RevTrak Calendar after billing date. Week cannot be added to your child's RevTrak calendar after this date.

Cancellation Deadline: Last day to cancel week in writing (email). No cancellations or reimbursements will be allowed after this date.

Payment Deadline: Last day to make payment for the week. If payment is not made this day your child will not be able to attend that week.

No Payment or Cancellation Fee: If you sign-up your child for a week and we don't recieve cancellation or payment is not made by the deadline a $25 fee will be added to your child's account
