The full course was really awesome........It helped me remind of some basic concepts like multiplication by 5(10/2),25(100/4),125(1000/4),
which inspite of knowing weforgot to use them...Multiplication by 11,squares of nos. ending in 5,digit sums and amazing applications of vertically and crosswise sutra ,oral multipications from left to right...All these really helped to improve my mental calculation power and will really be helpful in my teaching also....Thank you
This was an amazing course of 4 weeks. It helped me a lot to improve my mathematical skills.Digit sums and applications of vertically and crosswise sutra were the highlghts of the course....

12/16/2013 13:24:16N.Madasamy. Volunteer teacher. Singapore, SingaporeI found the whole 16 topic interesting. Its more like revision course for me as ive gone through most of it with my teacher, Sue Patel. My problem is with the test. For the first three test, I though Ive answered all but when i send it for validation, only to realise ive miss several of them. I cannot understand why. Perhaps its my fault, never really check on them. I posted my first message and was later told deleted by accident by pasyanthi team. Kenneth Williams wrote to me asking me to repost but i am not ale to do it because i cant remember what i post. It was a spontaneous question. I want to continue with the diploma course, but looking at my test result and i know i didnt meet the 15 post mandatory, so i will settle for what ever comes. I was in the midst of moving house during this period of time, thus my online time was very limited. I managed though for the thursday, friday and weekends but always mentally and physically tired. Last few days, ive gone through the whole video again as ive managed to settle down now. Its good to be able to do the course online. Ive been talking abt this to Sue Patel sometime early this year, looking for a credible online vedic mathematic course that I can take. So when Pasyanthi team comes up with this course I was very excited.

12/16/2013 14:11:42Manimala Ponnampalam and Real Estate AgentKuala Lumpur Malaysia A different approach to Maths was introduced and a range of topics were covered; ie addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fraction and algebra. The lessons were well presented and understood though some of the concepts were so new that I had to listen a few times to really understand the going-ons. Despite going for a surgery on the 21/11/13, I'm glad I have put up with post-surgery discomfort and push myself to complete the course. My only setback was forum participation as I'm not so good when it comes to writing and sharing my thoughts. Otherwise, I enjoyed the lessons very much and also enjoyed doing the quizzes. CheersTruly enjoyed the whole course and learn new techniques to solve mathematical questions which can sometimes be overwhelming. My children are already having fun solving Maths using some of the techniques learned. Thank you

12/16/2013 21:13:20Ameer HossenOttawa - ON. CanadaVedic Maths have teach me the techniques of doing simple maths; which I was struggled to do before learning VM. I am very grateful I have the opportunity to know simple awareness as: Digit sums - Number splitting, doubling & halving; The 9 point circle; working with number 11. Multiplication using the base number (100th - 10th - etc.). Using multiplication to do division (Find the numbers).
Algebraic equations made simple.
Vedic Maths will be beneficial adjunct to conventional math. VM is the natural way of working with numbers. Using the Sutras help to remember simple formula when working with numbers. I recommend Vedic Maths to everybody.

12/17/2013 16:43:09Visweshwara C Shastry Technical Support in a Pharmaceutical industrySydney, AustraliaThe course structure was very good. Even without any background knowledge in vedic maths, the material presented was easy enough to follow. It has given so very interesting methods to teach maths to my kids. Now my kids treat maths as games or puzzle rather then a scary subject which has to be learnt to be successful, Since I am learning Sanskrit language as well, this course is a nice complement in getting familiarwith this ancient knowledge.I have immensely enjoyed and inspired by doing this certificate course in Vedic Maths. Looking forward to continue learning more.

12/17/2013 20:36:55Shreekantha Rama, IT ManagerVan Buren, MichiganKen, The lessons were very good to start off on VM.
Couple of things, we can do from medium of instruction is providing answers at the end of each practice, so students can validate their work.
The only concern was on the mandate of number of posts. I understand there are 16 lessons and expect 15 posts at the rate of 1 per lesson. But some of it is basic lessons, that I had challenge to post anything on it. All I could say was it's good to know we can do this. Culturally (South Asians) I am bit challenged to post comments for the sake of posting, even if I don't have anything to say. Hope something can be done on this regard.
Had great experience learning and enjoying the Vedic Maths class. Look forward to taking Diploma courses shortly.
